History

Wintec Industries, founded in 1988, is one of the world’s leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM) of DRAM and Flash memory components. Our headquarters are located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, Milpitas, California. We also have branch offices in Los Angeles, California as well as major cities in Asia: Shenzhen, Hong Kong, as well as our main Asia office in Taipei, Taiwan.

Business Segments

Our business units cover four segments: OEM design and manufacturing, Brands, Supply Chain Management, and Distribution services. Wintec Embedded OEM is the preferred source for OEM system builders for embedded OEM Flash and DRAM solutions. In addition, Wintec provides OEM customers specialized services for custom applications. Under our brands segment, Wintec is most well known for manufacturing high quality Flash and DRAM memory under the Wintec family of brands, as well as, a creative family of branded computer accessories. Wintec Supply Chain Management provides integrated solutions, with real time data, that streamlines customer supply chains and optimizes customer inventory levels in global and complex OEM and CM systems and models. Our Distribution unit provides vendor partners a highly efficient and streamlined model to reach customer sales channels and our business customers a trusted partner for products and services. We deliver personalized service and a wide variety of PC component products to VARs, resellers, system integrators, retailers, and e-tailers.
